Bhutan

Autumn starts by October and lasts till the end of November.  This is the perfect time to visit Bhutan, with warm, clear and sunny days.  It can be cool in the evenings, however, due to the altitude.

  

  

Botswana

This is a pleasant time of the year to visit Botswana.  The hotter weather is beginning and there is some rain, but gameviewing is good.

Egypt

November is one of the best times to visit Egypt.  It should be hot and sunny throughout the country.

Iceland

Winter in Iceland is very cold, with heavy snowfalls and limited daylight.  Outside Reykjavík most of the hotels and guesthouses are closed.  In the capital itself, however, there are less crowds, prices are lower and the local excursions to places like Gullfoss, Geysir and the Blue Lagoon operate on a daily basis.  There is also the chance of witnessing the amazing Northern Lights at this time of the year.

India

North: November is one of the best times to visit India, with hot, sunny days and no rain.  Himalayas - By November it is getting colder in the hills.  Visibility is excellent but there is the possibility of the occasional snowfall.
South: November is hot (up to 35 degrees Celsius), but usually dry and clear. This is one of the best times to visit the south.

Iran

The first half of November should still be warm and sunny, and is a pleasant time to visit Iran.  Towards the end of the month the onset of winter brings colder days and occasional rain.    

Jordan

If you are looking for a time of year when the historic sites are quiet, then November is ideal.  It can be pretty cold, however, particularly in Amman and Petra (less so at the Dead Sea).

Namibia

Namibia is located in the tropics and is an all-year-round destination which is mostly rain-free.  The little rain that does fall comes in the summer (which includes November) but is insignificant.  It is generally hot during the day, but noticeably cooler at night.

Nepal

September, October and November are excellent months to visit Nepal.  This is the start of the dry season and days should be sunny and warm with excellent visibility.

Syria

Winter is on its way, so it can be cold, especially at night.  Generally, however, days should be warm, bright and sunny with minimal rain, so this is a good time to visit Syria.

Thailand

November is one of the best times to visit Thailand.  This is the "cool" season, although it's all relative, with temperatures reaching 25 degrees Celsius or above.

Tibet

We do not recommend travelling to Tibet at this time of the year.  Best months are May to September.

Uzbekistan

The winter in Uzbekistan is severe.  We do not recommend you travel at this time.

Vietnam

There is no ideal time to visit Vietnam as there are distinct regional variations between the Northern, Central and Southern regions.  November is one of the best times to go as it is one of the driest times of the year, although there can be occasional heavy rain around Hue and Hoi An, and there is the risk of typhoons in the north.
